Meek Mill made headlines last week for his controversial lyrics about Kobe Brant. 

“I’ll go out with my choppa it’ll be another Kobe,” the Philly emcee rapped on the unreleased Lil Baby collaboration. 

The preview has since been scrubbed from the Internet but Vanessa Bryant caught wind of the song and she’s not here for it. 

“I find this line extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period,” the widow wrote. “I am not familiar with any of your music but I believe you can do better than this.”

Vanessa Bryant continued, “If you are a fan, fine, there’s a better way to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact.”

Meek Mill didn’t respond to Vanessa but it couldn’t be the worst time for him to tweet, “I’m going back savage in this shit … f#%k ya feelings!”

One user responded, “Not even 20 minutes after Vanessa Bryant made her post. You need to be apologizing Meek.”

The rapper presumably didn’t see Vanessa’s post yet and the song probably will never see the light of day. At least not with the same lyric.
